After serving on our Audit and Risk Committee for 2 years, Michael accepted a position as non-executive Director in late 2019. He has over 30 years’ experience in business consulting and business strategy and finance.
Earlier in his career, he was a Partner in Arthur Andersen, which at the time was the largest accounting and consulting firm in the world. During this time, Michael completed an MBA, became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association as well as a Registered Liquidator. He has presented to staff and written books and manuals used for staff training across the world.
Since the mid-1990s, Michael has operated his own business and has invested in start-ups which are now on the world stage. He continues to develop and operate a business in the finance broking sector.
Michael has a passionate interest in helping others succeed whilst improving equity and fairness in our society. He also has a keen interest in creating a sustainable environment for our future generations.
