Ile Karamacoski

Support Coordinator

Ile is a Support Coordinator passionate about supporting vulnerable members of the community, people living with disability and providing supports, services, and linkages to mainstream, community and NDIS funded providers.

A strong background and knowledge of the NDIS system and process both internally and externally and has experience as a delegate and NDIS planner, Ile has extensive understanding and has worked with NDIS participants and clients with numerous disabilities and conditions and is able to understand their individual needs and supports to tailor delivery of his services to each client. 

Ile experience allows him to support those who require complex needs and services to enable quality of life, facilitate social and economic participation, build individual capacity, and increase independence.
